Overview
The HCTS2000 MK2 is an automated incoming sample sorter designed to register and sort closed primary tubes presented as bulk material into multiple target compartments using barcode information. Optimized for fast and precise detection of incoming samples to streamline downstream laboratory workflows.

Functionality
Sample tubes are detected and recorded using a camera module and barcode reading. Container type and barcode are registered within seconds. The system performs plausibility checks to identify and separate error samples and can sort according to specific criteria or sample-specific instructions from the Laboratory Information System (LIS). The HCTS2000 MK2 accepts material from a bulk loader and distributes tubes to target bins.
