Simultaneous detection of MTB and 25 mutations associated with MDR-TB Allplex™ MTB/MDRe Detection is a multiplex real-time PCR assay that detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) with Ct value and identify 25 mutations associated with MDR-TB simultaneously. Based on Seegene's proprietary DPO™ and TOCE™ technology, this assay allows providing prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment guideline for tuberculosis control.
