Neptune 60 is an elastomer-based dosing system from the modular Neptune series, designed for small-scale production or food product sampling.
It is capable of filling vials, bottles, or other containers—such as small jars—with homogeneous, low-viscosity fluids. Dosing precision is ensured by a patented elastomer dosing unit.
Various configurations and operating parameters can be saved as "recipes" via the HMI interface.
The product tank is pressurized, and the product level is automatically maintained at a constant state.
The system can be integrated with another automatic filling machine via an input signal for dosing control using I/O or Ethernet.
