Description
Neptune Essential is the most accessible machine in the Neptune modular series, designed for small-scale production or food product sampling.
It can fill vials, bottles, or other containers—such as small jars—with low-viscosity, uniform fluids. Dosing precision is ensured by a load cell upon which the container is placed. Each configuration can be saved as a recipe via the HMI.
With optional heating components for the dosing system, it is also possible to dispense viscous fluids that become less dense as the temperature rises (from 40°C to 60°C).
