High voltage cable in large and medium X-ray machines, connected with high voltage generator and X-ray tube head. The function is to send the high voltage output by the high voltage generator to the two poles of the X-ray tube, and to send the heating voltage of the filament to the filament of the X-ray tube.
The structure of high voltage cable: according to the arrangement of core lines, there are coaxial (concentric circle type) and non-coaxial (non-concentric circle type).
Precautions for using 75KV high voltage cable:
- Prevent excessive bending. The bending radius should not be less than 5-8 times of cable diameter, so as not to cause cracks and reduce insulation strength.
- Usually keep the cable dry and clean, avoid oil, moisture and harmful gas erosion, so as not to rubber aging.
- Cable accessories can be ordered separately.
