Usage / Usage scenarioCable sheath must be smooth and uniform with no joints, bubbles or bumps. Weave shield density ≥ 90%. Minimum insulation and sheath thickness ≥ 85% of nominal. Insulation between core and insulated wire and between core and ground withstands AC 1.5 kV for 10 minutes without breakdown. Insulation between core and shield withstands DC 90 kV for 15 minutes without breakdown. Plug body withstands repeated drop tests (≥ 1000 falls) without damage. DC resistance of conductor and ground cable ≤ 11.4 ± 5% Ω/m. Core insulation resistance ≥ 1000 MΩ·km. Cable and components comply with RoHS 3.0 and REACH requirements.
