Short DescriptionThe high-voltage cable connects the high-voltage generator and the x-ray tube head in large and medium-sized x-ray machines. The function is to send the high voltage output by the high voltage generator to the two poles of the x-ray tube, and send the heating voltage of the filament to the filament of the x-ray tube.
ClassificationThe structure of high-voltage cables: according to the arrangement of the central lines, there are two types: coaxial (concentric) and non-coaxial (non-concentric).
Precautions for use- Prevent excessive bending. Bending radius should not be less than 5-8 times the diameter of the cable to avoid cracks and reduce insulation strength.
- Always keep the cable dry and clean to avoid erosion by oil, moisture and harmful gases to prevent rubber aging.
- Cable accessories can be ordered separately.
- When the high voltage cable is used, the bending radius should not be less than 66 mm.

Usage / Usage ScenarioCable sheath appearance should be smooth and uniform diameter, with no joints, bubbles or bumps. Weave shield density is not less than 90%. The minimum thickness of the cable insulation and sheath must be at least 85% of nominal thickness. Insulation between core and insulated wire and between core and ground cable should withstand AC 1.5 kV for 10 minutes without breakdown. Insulation between core and shield should withstand DC 90 kV for 15 minutes without breakdown. The plug body should withstand at least 1000 drop-off tests without damage. DC resistance of conductor and ground cable: not more than 11.4 + 5% Ω/m. Insulation resistance of the insulation core wire: not less than 1000 MΩ·Km. The cable and each part should meet RoHS and REACH related requirements.
