Overview
The BV-520 Vascular Doppler Detector is a handheld ultrasonic Doppler device for detecting arterial and venous blood flow and related parameters in peripheral vessels, toes and fingers. It can also be used to auscultate the temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) to support clinical assessment.

• Detects arterial and venous blood stream status and average blood flow velocity using Doppler ultrasound (8.0 MHz probe).
• Bar LED indicator provides a visual representation of blood stream status.
• Functional capabilities: detect peak and average blood speed; assess peripheral vessel flow; detect subsection systolic pressure; identify phlebostenosis and vein occlusions; measure systolic pressure of toes and fingers; measure blood speed during recovery; detect pulse rate and display PR simultaneously.
