Description

The BestMan Doppler fetal heart rate monitor series comprises ultrasonic perinatal monitors designed for clinical maternal and fetal surveillance in hospitals, clinics and home-care settings.

Overview
  • Multi-parameter perinatal monitors for continuous or intermittent measurement of fetal heart rate (FHR), fetal movement, uterine contractions and selected maternal vital signs including non-invasive blood pressure, body temperature, respiratory rate, SpO2 and ECG where available.

Models and key features
  • BF-500D+: Anti-interference design; standard 2.0 MHz ultrasonic probe with optional probe frequencies; BF-500D+TFT variant with customizable interface, four counting modes and adjustable FHR upper/lower limits.
  • BF-560: LCD with FHR, battery and signal strength indicators; standard 2.0 MHz probe and optional 3.0 MHz/5.0 MHz probes for specific detections such as umbilical blood flow.
  • BF-530: DSP-based detection for accurate FHR measurement; high-sensitivity probe, 2.0 MHz pulse mode offering numerical FHR and waveform display.
  • BF-610 / BF-610P: 3.2-inch color screen with graphical and numeric FHR views; RS-232 for data export and PC compatibility; BF-610P includes built-in thermal printer.
  • BF-600+: Standard 2.0 MHz probe (3.0 MHz optional); LED display; high-capacity rechargeable battery up to approximately 8 hours continuous use.
  • BFM-700M Maternal and Infant Monitor: 5.7-inch LCD presenting FHR, uterine contraction pressure and monitoring curves plus maternal non-invasive BP, temperature, respiratory rate, SpO2, ECG; standard kit includes 1.0 MHz probe, contraction pressure probe, fetal movement calibrator, pulse oximeter, ECG leads and temperature probe.

Ultrasound safety note
  • Devices operate on low-intensity ultrasound compared with diagnostic B-mode systems. Follow the ALARA principle: obtain necessary information with the lowest possible output. After 28 weeks gestation, monitoring time and frequency may be extended under clinical judgment.

Technical specifications / typical accessories
  • Standard probe frequencies: 2.0 MHz (some models standard at 1.0 MHz); optional probes: 3.0 MHz, 5.0 MHz depending on model and clinical need.
  • Displays: LCD and color screens (examples: 3.2" color for BF-610; 5.7" LCD for BFM-700M).
  • Operation modes: DSP technology (BF-530); 2.0 MHz pulse mode for numeric and waveform outputs.
  • Interfaces: RS-232 port (BF-610) for data transfer and PC software compatibility.
  • Printing: BF-610P with integrated thermal printer.
  • Battery: High-capacity rechargeable battery on BF-600+ with up to ~8 hours continuous operation.
  • Monitored parameters (model-dependent): fetal heart rate, fetal movement, uterine contractions, maternal non-invasive BP, temperature, respiratory rate, SpO2, ECG.
  • Standard accessories (vary by model): contraction pressure probe, fetal movement calibrator, pulse oximeter, ECG leads, temperature probe.
