4K Surgical Field Camera for Operating Room Recording and Integration

The SMO Medical SM-BC4K-S is a 4K surgical field camera designed for operating room visualization, surgical video recording, medical teaching, clinical documentation and case review. Equipped with a Sony FCB-CR8530 imaging module, 20× optical zoom, 4K HDMI output and RS485/Sony VISCA control, it provides a stable, detailed view of the surgical field for hospitals and OR integration projects.

The camera can be installed on a ceiling-mounted suspension arm, surgical light arm or other project-specific mounting system. Its 20× optical zoom allows users to switch from a wide operating room overview to a detailed view of the operative field without moving the camera manually.

Installation and system integration

The standard configuration supports an Ondal 2000 mounting interface. Alternative interfaces, counterweight requirements, cable lengths and control methods can be adapted according to the surgical light arm, ceiling suspension system or operating room project.

The camera can connect to an external 4K display or medical video recorder through HDMI. Final installation details should be confirmed according to the mounting structure, display system, recording equipment and cable routing requirements.
