The SIR 480, which is certifiable, is the new regulated impulse sealer developed by SIMA-MECA. Designed for peelable or fusion sealing on bags for medical and pharmaceutical packaging in clean rooms. It combines performance and reliability and complies with ISO 11607-2, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 11 ‘FDA’, offering precise control of temperature, time and pressure for your packaging. The SIR 480 is compatible with different types of pouches: - PA/PE - PE/PE - TYVEK coated or uncoated/PET - PA/PE/PEEL It does not require compressed air, simplifying its integration into your production environment. We have specially designed its stainless steel construction for clean rooms. Thanks to its interface (touch screen), our impulse sealer allows simple and intuitive control of the sealing parameters and ensures the safety of your processes with alerts in case of out-of-tolerance values.
