Product description
The DT2 is a manual tablet disintegration tester providing two independently controlled testing stations and precise temperature management. Each station can be started, stopped and monitored separately to run two tests in parallel or independently. Operators can record disintegration times per sample or for a complete set and generate test reports including times, statistics and temperature protocol.

Test modes
The DT2 supports different test modes: individual end-point recording per sample, complete-set verification within a specified run time, and automatic recording of a test hold time when baskets are lifted for visual inspection. Test results can be documented per sample or as a set for traceability.

Temperature control
An integrated flow-through heating system with dual-sensor monitoring ensures accurate control of the test medium. A built-in circulating-water sensor continuously measures bath temperature, and an optional external probe can be mounted on the basket to monitor medium temperature at tablet level. Test reports include recorded temperatures and conditions.
