Overview
The WT50 is an online weight tester designed for fully integrated, automated weighing with tablet presses. It performs unattended weight checks at regular intervals, reliably measures individual sample weights and transfers results to the tablet press for automated self-adjustment in real time. Weight testing supports in-process control (IPC) during tablet compression or capsule filling and helps ensure manufacturing quality and compliance with pharmacopeial guidance such as USP 41 and USP 1251.

Operation
Prevent potential manufacturing problems caused by weight drift without any operator required inside the compression room. Once a campaign is started, samples are automatically diverted to the weight tester at regular time intervals. The WT50 can be configured for gravity feeding directly under the sampling gate or for venturi feeding when positioned at a distance from the press.
