Description

Product Introduction
HTY-WOT100 TOC analyzer uses a wet oxidation decomposition process combining ultraviolet (UVC) irradiation with persulfate oxidation. In the UV reactor, carbon-containing compounds are fully oxidized by persulfate under UVC irradiation to CO2. The resulting CO2 is carried by high-purity nitrogen (N2) to an NDIR detection cell for measurement.

  • Dual oxidation design: UV (dual-wavelength) combined with sodium persulfate oxidation; detection by non-dispersive infrared (NDIR).
  • Wide test range and high precision: Suitable for purified water, water for injection (WFI), drinking water, surface water and other samples; compatible with acidic, alkaline and saline matrices.
  • Dual sensor configuration: Capable of measuring TC, IC, NPOC and TOC modes.
  • Eight-channel rotary valve: Enables automated, quantitative handling of reagents and sample flow including acidification, oxidant dosing, sample intake, purging and waste discharge.
  • Easy consumables replacement: Main consumables are phosphoric acid and sodium persulfate solution for low maintenance cost and simple replacement.
  • Data integrity: Compliant with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records requirements; four levels of user authority, audit trail and multiple backup options.
