The Capturem Extracellular Vesicle Isolation Kit (Maxi) provides a complete solution for the simple and rapid isolation of extracellular vesicles, like exosomes, from larger volumes of various biological fluids. The kit includes eight single-use, disposable pre-clearing columns; eight single-use, disposable Amicon centrifugal filter units; eight single-use, disposable isolation columns; as well as equilibrium, wash, and elution buffers. The extracellular vesicles are isolated using specially designed Capturem spin columns containing a lectin-based binding compound that is not antibody-based.
