Description

Material Transfer Isolator System The Material Transfer Isolator System (MT-IS) is a safe and large hatch with integrated VPHP technology for the fastest bio-decontamination transfer process! The stainless steel design is suitable for different cleanroom classifications. GUARANTEED ASEPSIS The MT-IS assures the highest air quality of the isolated environment thanks to: – an engineered filtration system – integrated VPHP bio-decontamination system – inflatable seal made of FDA-approved White Silicon. GLOVE INTEGRITY TESTING It can be equipped with an integrated Automatic Glove Leak Testing System (AGLTS) AUTOMATIC LEAK TEST The MT-IS is equipped with a routine automatic leak testing system which performs an independent leak test cycle according to the pressure change method (5.2) ISO 10648-2:1994(E). DATA MANAGEMENT The MT-IS can be upgraded with an Integrated Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) – iFIX with Historian Data Management Software (DMS) from GE Digital. DataWall, a software application developed by Tema Sinergie for data management, is also available upon request. KEY FEATURES -Fastest bio-decon cycle time available on the market: full aeration time in less than 60 minutes (VPHP concentration ≤ 1ppm) -Processes validated with Geobacillus stearothermophilus biological indicators to routinely achieve 6-log sporicidal reduction -Integrated RTP system to transfer products and tools without breaking the aseptic containment
