Balfour Abdominal Retractor is a self-retaining surgical retractor designed for maintaining abdominal incision exposure during open surgical procedures.

The instrument features two adjustable lateral retractor blades mounted on a transverse frame, together with a central bladder blade for additional retraction. The adjustable mechanism allows the surgeon to control the spread and positioning of the blades according to the required surgical exposure.
