Description
This three-stage, oil-free diaphragm pump is designed for continuous pumping of non-corrosive gases down to 1 mbar. Wetted parts are aluminium, stainless steel and selected engineering plastics suitable for a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications. The MD 4 VARIO select continuously adapts motor speed to maintain the set vacuum level, providing low noise, minimal vibration and high leak tightness. The fabric-reinforced double FKM diaphragms are engineered for long service life. The VARIO design combines the variable-speed pump with the VACUU·SELECT controller and an external gauge head; demand-responsive speed control further extends diaphragm and valve life.
