The dry screw pump VACUU·PURE 10C delivers oil-free vacuum technology in the pressure range down to 10^-3 mbar. The pump combines three key user advantages: 100% oil-free operation, chemical resistance, and a design without wear parts. It is intended for clean processes and production of pure products and can operate across the full pressure range from atmospheric pressure to its ultimate vacuum.
