Short descriptionPS420 is a handheld ECG simulator controlled via an iOS application for testing and validating ECG equipment in clinical, laboratory and manufacturing contexts.
OverviewThe PS420 outputs analog ECG waveforms to multiple devices simultaneously, enabling functional testing, calibration and training. Bluetooth connectivity with the iOS app provides full waveform selection and fast signal updates; standalone mode provides a default 80 BPM ECG signal.
Multi-device connection capability- Connects to 2 ECG devices via 10-lead banana cable outputs
- Connects to 1 ECG device via 10-lead snap cable output
- Connects to 1 ECG device via 5-lead snap cable output
Signal types available- Sine wave
- Square wave
- Triangle wave
- Square pulse
- Triangle pulse
- ECG ST wave
- NSR wave
- Pacemaker wave
- Arrhythmia
ECG ST wave, NSR wave, Pacemaker wave and Arrhythmia signals support configurable noise and baseline drift to emulate clinical traces.
Get ECG Simulator APPThe ECG simulator application is developed by Vales & Hills Biomedical Tech. Ltd. for iOS. Search “ECG Simulator” on the Apple App Store to download and install the app free of charge.
Two working modesThe PS420 pairs with the iOS application via Bluetooth for full waveform control and multi-output streaming. Without the app the device outputs a default 80 BPM ECG signal in standalone mode.
Battery poweredThe portable PS420 is powered by 2 x AA batteries, allowing use in clinical environments, training rooms and field testing without mains power.
