The GEAMASTER+ platform is an advanced device for evaluating postural oscillations in both static and dynamic conditions. It provides quantitative and qualitative assessment of postural control, assisting professionals in planning personalized rehabilitation programs and monitoring patient progress.
Operating Modes:
- Static: Analyzes stability in an upright position.
- Dynamic without stimulus: Measures the Center of Pressure (COP) on an unstable platform.
- Dynamic with mechanical stimulus: The platform performs tilting, translation, and vertical displacement movements, activating neuromotor balance control mechanisms.
- Dynamic with translation: Generates sudden stimuli that reproduce real-life situations to assess neuromuscular reactivity.
Features 20 levels of instability and 10 mechanical perturbation modes, offering comprehensive and customizable postural training for every subject, from elderly to athletes.
Advanced Technology:
The GEAMASTER+ platform is equipped with four electro-pneumatic actuators that constantly modulate the instability of the support base and an independent actuator capable of generating a translational movement of about 3 cm.
Thanks to precise and continuous modulation of instability and perturbation parameters, the operator can personalize the difficulty level, ensuring progressive, safe, and comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient's postural needs.
The system acquires the Center of Pressure (COP) at high resolution (24 bit) and 100 Hz, accurately detecting postural oscillations for processing via internationally standardized algorithms.
Its unique features make GEAMASTER+ a valuable tool for professionals in physiatry, orthopedics, ENT, neurorehabilitation, and scientific research, providing effective support in postural assessment and treatment.
Enhanced Sensory-Motor Assessment:
The GEAMASTER platform offers software with 60 tests dedicated to stabilometric evaluation, with a complete range of protocols to analyze the subject's motor and sensory abilities.
Protocols include 2 to 6 tests each, with a static and/or dynamic component with perturbation (tilting/translation) and without perturbation (unstable).
