VITLAB® genius² bottle-top dispensers are broadly applicable for many organic and inorganic reagents. Media-contacting materials (borosilicate glass, Al2O3 ceramics, FEP, ETFE, PFA, PTFE, platinum‑iridium and PP) resist most acids, solvents and bases. A practical screw mechanism with an inner toothed bar enables fast, precise volume adjustment. The integrated calibration function supports test equipment monitoring with minimal downtime. The innovative recirculation valve prevents reagent loss during bleeding.

Safety & sealing
The screwable discharge valve includes an additional safety ball that closes the dosing channel when the dispensing tube is not installed, preventing leakage. The dispenser uses a positive displacement piston with a PFA sealing lip that wipes the cylinder wall to avoid crystal build-up for readily crystallisable media. The glass cylinder is coated with a plastic layer to reduce splash risk in case of breakage. The telescopic filling tube is adjustable to various bottle heights.
