Description

Overview
Vivaflow® 200 is a plug-and-play tangential flow filtration (TFF) cassette designed for ultrafiltration and diafiltration of intermediate sample volumes in R&D and process development. Suitable for proteins, nucleic acids, nanoparticles and virus samples. Available in multiple membrane materials and MWCOs to match application requirements. The single-piece cassette eliminates the need for an expensive holder and supports clean-in-place (CIP) for multiple reuses.

Key features
  • Up to 5 L starting volume
  • Concentrate up to 125×
  • Plug-and-play cassette format — single‑piece
  • Wide range of membrane materials and MWCOs (PES, Hydrosart® etc.)
  • Clean-in-place (CIP) capable for multiple reuses
  • No separate cassette holder required
  • Minimum recirculation volume <20 mL; non-recoverable hold-up <1.0 mL

Applications
  • Cell culture and process fluid clarification
  • Protein, nucleic acid and virus concentration
  • Nanoparticle separation and enrichment
  • Sample volume reduction prior to analysis or formulation
  • Diafiltration for protein solubilization and refolding
  • Buffer exchange for chromatography sample preparation
  • Therapeutic formulation development and small‑scale process evaluation
  • Diafiltration for protein–ligand binding studies
