The Blumenthal Iridotomy Lens VBIRID is engineered for laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) and related angle procedures, allowing precise laser placement at the far peripheral iris. Its shallow contact element permits controlled indentation to open narrow or appositional angles, while the taller lens body provides clearance for patients with deep‑set eyes. The integrated laser window barrier protects internal optical components and facilitates repeated clinical use and cleaning.
