OverviewThe PPG-2R-880 / PPG-2R-940 Reflectance SpO2 Module is a dual-channel optical simulator designed for R&D, validation and production verification of wearable reflectance PPG products. It pairs with the AECG100 main console or the SECG 5.0 AIO Multi Vital Sign Simulator to provide analog R and IR outputs for SpO2 and heart rate testing. The module supports detailed waveform customization, respiration modulation, noise injection and automated test scripting to reproduce clinical and engineered signals for algorithm verification.

- Apnea — Duration: 1—60 s (default 10 s); cycle: 1—10 min (default 1 min).
- PWTT Test Mode — Time difference (PTTp, PTTf): 0—5999 ms (range decreases at higher HR); step 1 ms; accuracy ±1 ms.
- Supported modes with AECG100: Normal, Standalone, Raw data. Raw data mode supported with SECG 5.0 AIO.
