Norovirus (NoV) is a member of the family Caliciviridae. NoV is currently divided into at least 10 genogroups (GI to GX) based on phylogenetic analysis of the entire VP1 gene. Each genogroup is subdivided into several genotypes, and a total of 49 genotypes have been identified. The NoV GI and GII are associated with human disease.
The Tianlong Norovirus (NoV) Genotype GI/GII Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is for the quick and accurate detection of RNA from NOV genotype G1/GII by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (Real-Time RT-PCR) method. It is expected to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of Nov-infected patients and help in public healthcare management.
Genotype Differentiation: genetic typing of Nov GI and GII by qualitative detection
High Precision: The precision values of intra and inter Ct values are all <5%
Internal Control: The use of internal control system in the kit can effectively prevent false negative results
User-friendly: Widely applicable in instruments with FAM, VIC (HEX) , Cy5 fluorescence channels
