Single‑use lap sponge designed for surgical hemostasis, wound packing and fluid management. Made from high‑density 100% cotton gauze, each unit is sterilized (ethylene oxide, EO) with validated SAL 10^-6 and includes an X‑ray/fluoroscopy detectable thread for intraoperative location and retrieval.
