Description
This kit is used to quantitatively determine the content of lipase in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
Clinically, it is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Increase is common in patients with acute pancreatitis, occasionally in patients with chronic pancreatitis. For patients with acute pancreatitis, increase in serum amylase takes a short time, while increase in serum lipase (LPS) activity can last for 10-15 days.
