Overview
ACEMST35/57 surgical LED operating lights deliver uniform, shadow-free illumination for small and large surgical fields. Light color can be set to white, warm or cold; intensity and spot size are adjustable to support different procedures. The compact, ergonomic design is compatible with laminar airflow in the operating theatre. Smooth continuous surfaces and a durable plastic light-emitting cover simplify cleaning and maintenance.

Automatic Sanitizing Program (ASP)
Optional ASP sanitizes the illuminated surfaces using dedicated emitters. The system automatically calculates the required time and energy dose for effective sanitization, reducing manual handling and downtime.

Features
ACEMST35 houses 84 LEDs distributed in 21 clusters to ensure concentrated, uniform lighting. ACEMST57 houses 140 LEDs distributed in 35 clusters to provide higher illuminance and enhanced visual comfort. The latest-generation LED technology provides consistent performance across procedures. Lamps are operated via STANDARD or optional PREMIUM Touchscreen control panels or Gesture Control. The design is compact, robust and easy to position and clean.

Cypress capacitive touchscreen provides management of all lamp functions, including:

• LDE – Light Depth Enhancement (central beam enhancement for in-depth surgery)
• ASM – Automatic Shadowless Mode
• FALM – Full Auto Light Management (constant intensity and spot size regardless of working distance)
• DWS – Device Wireless Synchronization (single control for devices on same network; MASTER/SLAVE or REMOTE control)

Premium Control Panel (optional)
In addition to Standard functions, Premium adds:

• CAM – Video camera control (adjusts functions of connected camera)
• ASP – Automatic Sanitizing Program control (manage sanitization cycles and parameters)

Cameras
ACEMST35/57 can be supplied with FHD or 4K cameras integrated in the central handle or mounted on a separate arm. Integrated cameras keep the operating field centred and support documentation, intraoperative consultation and educational transmission.

Available camera modules

• AC4K: 1/2.5" Exmor R CMOS sensor (~8.5 MP effective), 16:9 aspect ratio, 20x optical zoom, 12x digital zoom, automatic exposure and multi-format outputs up to 4K.
• ACFHD: 1/3" HD CMOS sensor (~2 MP effective), 16:9 aspect ratio, 10x optical zoom, 12x digital zoom, multi-format outputs (720p/1080p), automatic focus and AE control.

Monitor
The lamp can be supplied with a lightweight, compact monitor to display lighting parameters and high-quality video images for documentation and intraoperative review.
