Overview
The AGA-GYN-MED and AGA-GYN-PERMO gynaecology chairs are durable, easy-to-use examination chairs featuring a raised seating position that removes the need for additional height adjustment. Seat cushions are comfortable and reachable via a fold-away footrest mounted on the floor frame. A cutout is incorporated into the seat cushion. The AGA-GYN-MED uses an integrated foam wedge in the back section (no additional neck roll needed); the neck roll is included with the AGA-GYN-PERMO.

Features

• Seat cushions reachable via a foot step mounted on the floor frame; footrest tread made of polyethylene with anti-slip surface; fold-away to avoid interference with examinations.
• Seat section adjustable on AGA-GYN-MED (electric motor) and on AGA-GYN-PERMO (gas pressure spring).
• Back section adjustable by gas pressure spring: AGA-GYN-MED up to +54°; AGA-GYN-PERMO up to +63°.
• Trendelenburg position achievable via seat elevation and adjustable back: AGA-GYN-MED up to 30°; AGA-GYN-PERMO from 35°.
• AGA-GYN-MED uses a maintenance-free, extremely quiet electric drive controlled by foot switch (optionally hand switch). Adjustment system equipped with key lock. Motor values: 230V, 50/60 Hz, 3.7A, 850W, IPX4, v=11 mm/s, 10,000 N.
• Floor frame with levelling feet ensures secure stand.
• Impact- and scratch-resistant covers on column and base frame; all components are easy to clean and disinfectant resistant.
• Upholstery uses coordinated foam densities for high seating comfort; there is a cutout in the seat cushion.
• Standard rails (stainless steel, 25 x 10 mm, length 350 mm) attached to the side of the seat for leg support systems.
• Stainless steel tray (300 x 200 x 65 mm) holder fixed to the upper cover; three Allen screws each side for colposcope holder attachment.
• An earthed socket is integrated into the back of the AGA-GYN-MED column for e.g. colposcope connection.

• BHG-600 — Göpel leg rests (pair) with spherical joints, rods with two 90° bends, chrome-plated, Ø 18 mm, black PU-foam pads and sewn straps with Velcro. Requires pair of fastening clamps for standard rails.

• FUS-2000 — Footrests (pair), chrome-plated, synthetic leather cover with Velcro, adjustable, non-slip coating; requires fastening clamps.
