Unio Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit 600 µl has been designed for automated extraction of viral DNA/RNA from all body fluids from various biological sample materials (serum, plasma, nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs) by using Unio Extraction Systems (Anatolia Geneworks). The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for magnetic bead based extraction. Starting sample volume is 600 µl and DNA/RNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100-150-200 µL.
