Overview
enVista Aspire™ is an intermediate-optimized (IO) monofocal intraocular lens designed to extend depth of focus while maintaining monofocal distance performance. Available in monofocal (EA) and toric (ETA) configurations, it is manufactured from glistening-free hydrophobic acrylic.

IO optic designed for a broader depth of focus
enVista Aspire™ uses higher-order aspheric coefficients on the posterior optic surface to increase continuous depth of focus versus conventional spherical and low-order aspheric monofocals, based on optical-bench testing and optic design characteristics.

Central area and optic features

• Intermediate-Optimized (IO) central zone employing higher-order posterior aspheric terms to broaden focus range.
• 3C (Controlled Curvature Change) technology: smooth geometric power transition from central base power to peripheral power.
• Optic power profile engineered to gradually redistribute light from center to periphery to reduce dysphotopsias.

Monofocal performance
IO optics provide a monofocal option for patients who are not candidates for presbyopia-correcting IOLs, delivering reliable distance visual performance with an extended depth of focus compared with standard monofocals.

Toric option & treating astigmatism
enVista Aspire™ Toric (ETA) treats lower-level corneal astigmatism; platform capabilities include:

• Treatment of low-magnitude astigmatism where as little as 0.50 D can affect functional and low-contrast acuity.
• Extend treatable astigmatism in cataract cases to values below 1.0 D at the corneal plane.
• Commercial Low-Cyl toric platform below 1.5 D at the IOL plane (US).
• Ability to treat half-step cylinders (up to 3.5 D at the IOL plane).

Rotational stability & clinical performance
The enVista toric platform demonstrates proven rotational stability in clinical studies (percent of eyes ≤ 5° rotation reported). This supports predictable refractive outcomes when used with appropriate surgical alignment.
