Overview
enVista Envy™ is a pupil-dependent trifocal intraocular lens (IOL) designed to provide a continuous range of vision from distance through intermediate to near, supporting spectacle independence for cataract patients. The optic combines an ActivSync apodized diffractive design with features to reduce light scatter and enhance contrast.

Toric Platform & Astigmatism Treatment
enVista Envy™ Toric extends the full-range platform to astigmatic patients:

• Broad cylinder treatment range at the IOL plane: 1.25 D to 5.75 D, including half-step cylinder options up to 3.50 D.
• Lowest available cylinder treatment at IOL plane: 1.25 D (corneal plane <1 D) compared with other US-approved multifocal toric platforms.
• Designed for rotational stability and broad capsular bag contact to maintain alignment and astigmatism correction.

Rotational Stability
The enVista toric platform uses modified C-loop fenestrated haptics with ~110° capsular bag contact. In clinical study, 94.4% of eyes showed ≤5° rotation at 180 days postoperatively.

Delivery Options

• Reusable BLIS® system (supports 2.2–2.4 mm incisions).
• Single-use preloaded EyeGility system (supports 2.4 mm incisions; silicone soft tip for consistent folding and delivery).
