Product description
PERCLOT Absorbable Hemostatic Powder is an adjunctive sterile hemostatic device indicated for use in surgical procedures (excluding neurological and ophthalmic surgeries). It is intended to assist in achieving hemostasis when conventional methods such as pressure, ligature, or electrocautery are ineffective or impractical.

Available configurations / variants

• PERCLOT 1G – 9CM STANDARD TIP, 5PK (Item #: PCUS001): Box with five (5) double-pouched packs; each pack contains one (1) sterile bellows of PERCLOT Absorbable Hemostatic Powder and one (1) sterile 9 cm standard applicator tip.
• PERCLOT 3G – 9CM STANDARD TIP, 5PK (Item #: PCUS003): Box with five (5) double-pouched packs; each pack contains one (1) sterile bellows of PERCLOT Absorbable Hemostatic Powder and one (1) sterile 9 cm standard applicator tip.
• PERCLOT 20CM EXTENDER TIP (Item #: PCET020): Box with ten (10) double-pouched packs; each pack contains two (2) sterile 20 cm extender tips.
• PERCLOT 38CM LAPAROSCOPIC TIP (Item #: PCET038): Box with ten (10) double-pouched packs; each pack contains one (1) sterile 38 cm laparoscopic tip.

Indications / usage
Indicated as an adjunctive hemostatic device in surgical procedures (excluding neurological and ophthalmic procedures) to assist when conventional hemostatic methods (pressure, ligature, etc.) are ineffective or impractical. Use according to institutional protocols and applicable surgical guidelines.
