Description
The Random hexamer primer is a mixture of single-stranded random hexanucleotides with 5'- and 3'-hydroxyl ends. It is intended for priming first-strand cDNA synthesis and cloning workflows. For optimal coverage of transcript ends, a 1:1 mixture with Oligo(dT) Primer is recommended. The product is supplied lyophilized and includes one additional tube of PCR-grade water for reconstitution.
