This product contains one vial of dATP at a concentration of 100 mM. BIORON’s dNTPs are produced by a highly effective chemical method. HPLC testing shows purity ≥ 99%, and therefore the dNTPs can be recommended for highly sensitive PCR assays. PCR performance of these deoxynucleotides has been tested with Taq DNA Polymerase, Pfu DNA Polymerase and in q-PCR. This product can be used in all kinds of PCR assays where high-quality reagents are required.
