This product contains a single vial of deoxyguanosine triphosphate (dGTP) at 100 mM. BIORON's dNTPs are manufactured by a chemical synthesis method and are HPLC-tested to a purity of ≥ 99%, making them suitable for sensitive PCR applications. Performance of these deoxynucleotides has been validated with Taq DNA Polymerase, Pfu DNA Polymerase and in q-PCR assays.
