Product detailsThe kit is supplied as a liquid 2x master mix and includes additional PCR-grade water and MgCl2. Components: HotStart DNA polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 and SYBR Green dye. Only primers and template DNA need to be added. The HotStart formulation reduces non-specific amplification and simplifies setup. The mix is compatible with SYBR Green assays and configured for high-performance qPCR and multiplex workflows. Short-term stability at room temperature (+18 to +25 °C) is up to two weeks; for long-term storage keep at -20 °C.
