BIORON Ultimate GreenHot Master Mix, Low ROX is a 2× concentrated, liquid, ready-to-use master mix formulated for qPCR and multiplex assays on instruments that require ROX normalization. The formulation combines an improved HotStart polymerase with SYBR Green detection chemistry and a ROX passive reference for consistent signal normalization.
