Description
Ron's Gel Extraction Mini Kit is designed for rapid extraction and purification of DNA fragments from standard or low-melt agarose gels prepared in TAE or TBE buffer. The kit uses Ron's Spin columns with high binding capacity and an optimized buffer system to maximize DNA recovery and remove common contaminants. It processes samples of up to 100–150 mg agarose gel and recovers fragments from 50 bp to 40 kb in approximately 15 minutes. Components are provided for the indicated number of preps.
