DNase I (GMP grade) is an endonuclease formulated for removal of contaminating DNA during RNA purification following In‑vitro Transcription (IVT). It enables efficient digestion of DNA to obtain pure, intact RNA. Nominal enzyme concentration: 2 U/µl.
