Description
Inorganic pyrophosphatase is a recombinant hydrolase used to hydrolyze inorganic pyrophosphate released during in‑vitro transcription (IVT) of mRNA. It removes pyrophosphate by‑product generated during nucleotide polymerization to support IVT reactions. Supplied as a recombinant enzyme at a concentration of 1 U/µl.
