Simple and Safe Operation
The LabFlame RF can be operated with a wireless foot pedal or the button function. Three programs are available: flexible start-stop functions and conventional foot-pedal operation for short flame sterilization. The LabFlame RF is also suitable for connection to the fully automated inoculation loop carousel autoloop Pro.

Flame Sterilization with Button Function
WLD-TEC offers an additional alternative for safe flame sterilization. With the button function, the flame can be started and stopped easily by pressing the function knob.

The LabFlame RF represents the complete system of the new Wireless Series “RF”. Modern radio technology is already integrated into the safety laboratory gas burner.

Top-Rate Safety
The Safety Control System SCS provides state-of-the-art safety technology that continuously analyzes potential hazards and, if necessary, initiates safety measures such as interrupting the gas supply. In addition to ignition and flame monitoring and overtemperature protection, the safety concept also features continuous burner-head control (BHC). BHC reliably detects burner-head clogging caused by liquids or solid substances and ensures the correct assembly of the burner head.

Exceptional passive safety features: After prolonged use, the residual-heat display signals that the burner head is still hot, helping to protect the user from burns.

Modern Design
The unique shape is eye-catching. The LabFlame RF is extremely space-saving. Measurements: 103 x 49 x 130 mm (W x H x D). The low-profile body facilitates ergonomic operation, while the streamlined design reduces airflow disturbances in a cleanroom workbench to a minimum. Moreover, the LabFlame RF is very easy to clean – a laboratory gas burner without grooves or rough edges. Clogging is not an issue. Spilled liquids simply drain through an integrated drain, while solid substances can easily be removed by opening the burner shaft.
