Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to preserve and maintain the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell types. Biowest DMEM High Glucose corresponds to the original formulation with 4.5 g/L glucose. It is supplied as a powder and supplemented with L-Glutamine and sodium pyruvate. Product code: P0102.

Applications & composition
Intended for mammalian cell culture; suitable for cell types with high energy requirements. Formulation contains L-Glutamine, sodium pyruvate and phenol red; does not contain sodium bicarbonate. Glucose concentration: 4.5 g/L (4500 mg/L).

Supplementation with sodium bicarbonate (if required)

• Addition of 7.5% sodium bicarbonate solution (ref: L0680): 49.3 ml/L
• Addition of sodium bicarbonate powder (ref: P2060): 3.7 g/L
