Description
Biowest DMEM High Glucose (P0103) is a powder formulation of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium designed to preserve and support growth of a wide range of mammalian cell types, notably those with high energy requirements.

Overview
This formulation corresponds to the original DMEM with 4500 mg/L (4.5 g/L) glucose. It contains L-Glutamine and phenol red and is supplied without sodium bicarbonate and without sodium pyruvate. When supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) it supports proliferation of energy-demanding cell lines.
