Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) High Glucose is a liquid cell culture medium formulated to preserve and maintain the growth of a broad panel of mammalian cell lines. It contains stable glutamine and sodium pyruvate and is suitable for the proliferation of cells with high energy requirements. The medium is compatible with supplementation using sterile additives such as fetal bovine serum.
