Cell Collect G is an enzymatic lysis reagent for cell isolation or degradation of collagen- and gelatin-based bioinks. Includes Cell Collect G 100 mg, a filter for sterilization and a light-protected Falcon tube for mixing. Specifications Appearance - Opaque powder Sterility - Non-sterile Shelf life - Minimum 6 months. Reconstituted solution can be stored at -15 to -25°C for up to one week without losing enzymatic activity. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles since enzymatic activity decreases after reconstitution.
