Product description
Coll 1 Solution is a concentrated 10 mg/mL solution of type I collagen. It promotes formation of fibrous networks that enhance extracellular matrix structure and support cell adhesion, proliferation and tissue morphogenesis. The concentrated format enables customization of biomaterial formulations for hydrogels, supplemented cell-culture coatings and 3D cell culture matrices. Neutralized Coll 1 solutions form stable constructs by thermal crosslinking.

Applications / Recommended use
Use in support-bath printing in combination with appropriate support bath materials. Recommended for use with BIO X, a temperature-controlled printhead and a heated printbed. Not recommended for use with INKREDIBLE+ or INKREDIBLE.
