Description
HSA protein is Hepatocyte Specific Antigen, also known as Hep-Par1 and CPS1. It is mainly located in the hepatocellular mitochondria and highly expressed in stem cells and tumors, but not high in bile duct tumors.
Clinical Application
Mainly used for the differential diagnosis of hepatocellular tumors and bile duct tumors.
At the same time, it is focal but strong positive expression in the small intestinal mucosa. In addition, it is also positive in some non-liver tumors.
