Innovative 3D-DXA technology
3D-DXA converts routine 2D BMD images into 3D femur visualizations, assessing cortical and trabecular compartments separately to improve diagnostic precision. Technology is validated against QCT standards and provides additional insight into bone microstructure to support clinical decision-making.

Regulatory
MEDIX90 and MEDIX DR are Class IIb medical devices manufactured by APELEM and bear the CE marking. They are certified in the European Union under the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC by SGS CE1639 exclusively for the indication of bone densitometry evaluation. Non-medical uses are outside the scope of CE certification.
